Inflammation All Over

I suffer from inflammation all over my body. I have inflammation problem in my sinuses, intestines, bladder and muscles. I have seen several specialists and all I hear is “inflammation”. I’m sent away with another pill. I don’t want to take pills, I want to find out what is causing this inflammation and try to fix it. I feel like there’s something I’m taking in that’s causing it. How do I figure out what’s causing this?

If you have pain anywhere, there is inflammation at that site.  The inflammation may or may not have caused it, but it is certainly a part of any ongoing pain.

The cause has to be identified and removed or improved.

Conventional medicine uses anti-inflammatories, which often hurt the stomach and even interfere with joint repair.  Safer anti-inflammatories include MSM and a number of herbals:

  • Boswellia,
  • curcumin,
  • quercetin (all of which are found in a product on my website called Primivia Relief, as is MSM).

The potential causes of generalized inflammation may be one or many–viruses (mycoplasma, c. pneumonia), toxic metals, food or other allergies, hormone dysregulation (as you probably know, I look at the numbers of thyroid hormone levels differently than conventional medicine).  There are intravenous treatments that are able to suppress the oxidative stress (free radicals causing inflammation).  If the simple things don’t work, you will need to see an integrative medicine (alternative, complementary) practitioner who understands these issues.  I have a number of tricks up my sleeve that can help with this one.

Alternatives to Alleve?

I had an extensive knee operation about 4 months ago following a fall. My doctor has told me to take 2 Alleve pills twice a day to help with the pain. What are your thoughts on this? Is there a better alternative?

Alleve is an anti-inflammatory medication which damages the stomach lining in many people.

I prefer anti-inflammatories that do not cause stomach ache, gastritis and bleeding. These include

  • MSM or its parent compound
  • DMSO,
  • Boswelia,
  • curcumen,
  • quercetin.

A product you will soon be able to obtain through my website supplements, that is marvelous, is Primivia Relief, which contains a compound of Boswelia, curcumin, and quercetin.  It gets tremendous results.

The other thing I would recommend is to get a therapeutic massage therapist to release the muscles around the knee (thigh and calf) that may be pulling on the knee. Your need for anti-inflammatories at four months post surgery may be helped by releasing the muscles that pull on the knee.

There are also frequency generators that have healing frequencies that may help.

Additionally, you might try getting into a spa with powerful jets that may release the muscles and provide healing water to the knee.

Safer Alternatives in Pain Relief

I would like to know natural herbs for cancer (bone) pain. I am looking for relief without side effects. Is it possible?

I am not aware of any herb or natural product with enough analgesic effect to take away bone pain of cancer.  Sometimes even the strongest medications in conventional medicine, like morphine, don’t help enough.

Our major contribution would be in trying to reduce the inflammation caused by the cancer, which is also contributing to the pain.  Try the following and I believe you’ll experience some relief:

  • curcumin,
  • ginger,
  • boswelia,
  • MSM,
  • quercetin.

My prayers are that you’ll be feeling better and that your body will be able to clear itself of the cancer and the pain.  Dr. Stan

Wisdom Teeth and Nerve Damage

I had my wisdom tooth removed at age 40. I am now 48 and have some alveolar nerve damage that seems to get worse all of the time. I was told to go to a facial pain clinic and can’t find one. Also I don’t like to take long term meds for these things, is there anything you could recommend? I went off sugar and that helped a little but it seems to continually be getting more painful all of the time, thank you!!

As you know, the alveolar nerve is a sensory nerve that courses through the cheek to the teeth. I assume the damage took place at the time of surgery, and some kind of sensory change was noticed immediately after surgery.

If you did not notice the damage until days or weeks later, there may not have been direct damage, and your current problem may be related to local swelling or scar tissue around the nerve.

If the removal of sugar helped, it means that inflammation is at least part of the problem. You can help that by avoiding other pro-inflammatory triggers:

  • trans fatty acids,
  • caffeine,
  • aspartame,
  • processed foods.

Try a safe anti-inflammatory like MSM, ginger (or its root), curcumen, Boswelia.

Additionally, there is a frequency generator that I use called a Frequency Specific Microcurrent. It has frequencies to reduce inflammation and heal tissue. It also is miraculous with removal of scar tissue. Other energy work like acupuncture and Jin Shin Jyutsu may also help with healing. I would be quite optimistic of your improvement, since removing sugar helped.
